Self- Esteem

What matters most is how you see yourself

Showing high self-esteem is a fact that most people consider but unfortunately its never ever been easy regardless what has been written about this issue in books, articles, magazines and others.

Self-esteem is a term in psychology to reflect a person's overall evaluation or appraisal of his or her own worth and low self-esteem can result from various factors, including a physical appearance or weight, socioeconomic status, peer pressure or others.

I can enumerate every single detail about developing high self-esteem and go in depth with many  available resources to gather all needed information but i tend to be a dictatorial here and will only transfer my experience that i extremely believe in.
Self-esteem is totally related to the mental and spiritual health and shortage in this area can be caused by many maaany reasons some of them is uncontrollable and high self-esteem does not just appear out of nowhere.
Developing a MUSLIM psychology is the way... Having faith, boosting your (Imman &Yaqeen) and believing that ALLAH can forgives all your sins, teaches you, reassures your heart.

Despite other physical reasons, by focusing inward, each and every human being can connect with the inner source of peace, happiness, comfort, care and hope that characterizes our link with Allah.
ALLAH will teach us to value our life and value ourselves.

Its all about Selling

Without expressing your own ideas, persuade others or influence them you can not survive any more in a such competitive environment. the competition rise in situations, arguing, communication, qualifications and people characteristics itself.
Without SELLING your ideas you will perform slower in a tough race and you will need to have authority to compensate the selling skills shortage.
Life is all about selling; every time you open your mouth you are selling something. You can sell every thing you have from your old mobile passing through a dinner idea to your self-image but professionals teach us the most important three tactics to master it personally and business wise:
1- Follow the process to control every step you are doing.
2- Convert from telling to selling.
3- Big companies are like great people, they don't sell products, they sell ideas and SOLUTIONS.

We Still Have Faith

When we were children they did teach us to love our country, salute the Egypt flag every morning, repeat the national anthem and realize how a great country we are; but unfortunately they didn't teach us how to deal with each other in a way of respect and care about one another because even if we're 90 million, and it looks like we're 100 countries not one, we're all living under the same roof and share the same future.

For the first time in a long time, I'm starting to lose hope; I'm starting to feel like there's no way for this country to fix ever, except by people themselves, our attitudes, our concepts and how we regard ourselves and our society.

Be Yourself

Have you ever been in a social setting, suddenly realizing you are not being yourself? This post takes an in depth look at why we play various roles in our lives, and how to overcome these socially conditioned “masks” to be yourself.

Be yourself, accept what you are and what you possess, you are the first rate version of yourself.
Be Yourself
The most commonly used phrase in history, but is is really as easy as it sounds???
Actually there are many obstacles you can face when you are trying for the first time; the problem of believing in yourself is the most common.

You have to know yourself very well and ........ to choose and accept it (how?)

1- Instead of looking and focusing on all of the negative things, find and focus on all the good qualities you possess.
2- Make a list of all the bad qualities you have and of all the good qualities you have and compare.
3- Every time you look yourself in the mirror call out something good about yourself.
4-Instead of feeling bad about yourself, every single day do something to correct your perceived flaws.
5-Tell yourself every day that you are a beautiful and unique person.

Being Yourself (how?)

1- Stop caring about how people perceive youLearn the difference between intimidating, throwaway, conniving, or thoughtless comments from others and constructive criticism which is well intended and focuses on real faults that you know could with remedying. In the latter case, people such as parents, mentors, teachers, coaches, etc., might well be telling you things that you need to make self-improvements for the better.

2- Be honest and open
What have you got to hide? We're all imperfect, growing, learning human beings. If you feel ashamed or insecure about any aspect of yourself — and you feel that you have to hide those parts of you, whether physically or emotionally — then you have to come to terms with that and learn to convert your so-called flaws into individualistic quirks or simply as basic, down-to-earth acknowledgments of your own imperfections. Be honest with yourself, but don't beat yourself up.

3-
Develop and express your individualityWhether it's your sense of style, or even your manner of speaking, if your preferred way of doing something strays from the mainstream and produces positive outcomes, then be proud of it. Be a character, not a type. Learn to communicate well - the better you can express yourself, the easier it is for the people who like you as you are to find you and the ones who don't to just steer clear.

4- Follow your own style
That's what being yourself is all about. Maybe you like to sit outside on the deck under an umbrella in the middle of the rain, maybe you have different ideas of things, rather than other people, maybe you like strawberry cake instead of the common chocolate cake, whatever you are, accept it. Being different is absolutely beautiful and it attracts people to you. Don't let people change you!

5- Relax
Stop worrying about the worst that could happen, especially in social situations.Learn to laugh at yourself both when it happens and afterward. Turn it into a funny story that you can share with others. It lets them know that you're not perfect and makes you feel more at ease, too. It's also an attractive quality for someone to be able to laugh at themselves and not take themselves too seriously!

6-
Accept that some days you're the pigeon, and that some days you are the statue.People might raise eyebrows and even make fun, but as long as you can shrug and say "Hey, that's just me" and leave it at that, people will ultimately respect you for it, and you'll respect yourself.

Self Motivation

Please note that there is no simple solution for a lack of motivation; Unfortunately the problem always reappears at the first sign of failure.

The key here is to understand your thoughts and how they drive your emotions, u just need to keep moving forward.

Reasons we lose motivation

1. Lack of Confidence
If you don't believe in yourself, whats the point in trying?!!!
2. Lack of Focus
If you don't know what you want, do you really want anything?!!!

3. lack of Direction
If you don't know what to do, how can you be motivated?!!!
Now relax and take it easy...........
Boost your Confidence (How?)
Never focus entirely on what you want and neglect what you already have.
When you only think about what you want your mind creates explanations for why you aren't getting it and this absolutely creates a negative thought.
Post failures, bad breaks and personal weaknesses dominate your mind; in this state you tend to assume the worst about others and lose self confidence.
The more negatively you think, the more examples your mind will discover to confirm that believe.
So.......
Think on gratitude, in everything positive you have.
Make a mental list of your strengths, past successes and current advantages.
And always remember the fact that......
Repeating positives you already know can amazingly improve your mindset. When you truly believe that you deserve success, your mind will generate ways to achieve it.

Developing tangible focus (How?)
Did you know that we normally think in terms of fear??? afraid of being poor, afraid of losing people's respect, afraid of being alone.... etc; the problem with this type of thinking is that fear isn't tangible.
So.......
Move from an intangible desire to concrete and measurable steps.
Focus your energy on a well defined goal, you will automatically define a set of actions. Instead of worrying about the future, start to do something about it.

Developing Directions (How?)
Without a constant reminder its easy to waste entire days on filler activities or noting at all, without an obvious next action we kill our motivation and having a day-to-day strategy to achieve the ultimate goal is the best technique to keep pressure on.
So.......
Identify the activities that lead to your goals and success. Make a list of all your activities and arrange them based on results. Make an action plan that focuses on the activities that lead to big returns. Keeping track of your most important tasks will direct your energy to priorities.

Decide now to make a change, to start creating the life you want and accomplishing the goals you are capable of achieving. It's your life, learn the strategies and techniques you need to live it fully and be aware that the consequences of today are determined by the actions of the past. To change your future, alter your decisions today.

And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.” – Abraham Lincoln

Do you manage your stress?!!

Simple question, right? but the answer is a little bit complicated. The major consequence we face while being in stress that our minds ca...
