Self Motivation

Please note that there is no simple solution for a lack of motivation; Unfortunately the problem always reappears at the first sign of failure.

The key here is to understand your thoughts and how they drive your emotions, u just need to keep moving forward.

Reasons we lose motivation

1. Lack of Confidence
If you don't believe in yourself, whats the point in trying?!!!
2. Lack of Focus
If you don't know what you want, do you really want anything?!!!

3. lack of Direction
If you don't know what to do, how can you be motivated?!!!
Now relax and take it easy...........
Boost your Confidence (How?)
Never focus entirely on what you want and neglect what you already have.
When you only think about what you want your mind creates explanations for why you aren't getting it and this absolutely creates a negative thought.
Post failures, bad breaks and personal weaknesses dominate your mind; in this state you tend to assume the worst about others and lose self confidence.
The more negatively you think, the more examples your mind will discover to confirm that believe.
So.......
Think on gratitude, in everything positive you have.
Make a mental list of your strengths, past successes and current advantages.
And always remember the fact that......
Repeating positives you already know can amazingly improve your mindset. When you truly believe that you deserve success, your mind will generate ways to achieve it.

Developing tangible focus (How?)
Did you know that we normally think in terms of fear??? afraid of being poor, afraid of losing people's respect, afraid of being alone.... etc; the problem with this type of thinking is that fear isn't tangible.
So.......
Move from an intangible desire to concrete and measurable steps.
Focus your energy on a well defined goal, you will automatically define a set of actions. Instead of worrying about the future, start to do something about it.

Developing Directions (How?)
Without a constant reminder its easy to waste entire days on filler activities or noting at all, without an obvious next action we kill our motivation and having a day-to-day strategy to achieve the ultimate goal is the best technique to keep pressure on.
So.......
Identify the activities that lead to your goals and success. Make a list of all your activities and arrange them based on results. Make an action plan that focuses on the activities that lead to big returns. Keeping track of your most important tasks will direct your energy to priorities.

Decide now to make a change, to start creating the life you want and accomplishing the goals you are capable of achieving. It's your life, learn the strategies and techniques you need to live it fully and be aware that the consequences of today are determined by the actions of the past. To change your future, alter your decisions today.

And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.” – Abraham Lincoln

Do you manage your stress?!!

Simple question, right? but the answer is a little bit complicated. The major consequence we face while being in stress that our minds ca...
